Well, looking at the lineage database, some that haven't been taken yet: Dursley, Hagrid, McGonagall, Granger, Nott, Zabini, Flitwick, Trelawny... Probably plenty more yet.

Oh my! How could I have forgotten my third favorite shipping for Harry Potter!? Blaise/Luna... If I tried it with a black/gold pair, I wonder how their offspring would come out...? Or maybe I should attempt starting from Blaise's parents...?

That was the problem I ran into with the (highly uncooperative) Black family... 
The Black family as we know it from the HP series is actually just a cadet branch of the original Black family: not even very prominent. However, it seems all the others died out... so what happened to them?
More importantly, I wasn't sure as to who to start with
