I have been inactive for some years and I'm not really concerned about lost creatures in general, but it seems my progenitors from my two families are missing, as well as one offspring from each. They belong to "nobody", which I understand would normally mean they are hidden in a trade, but they are not. So I assume they were lost in a crash at some point. Is there still a way to retrieve them by contacting someone? I do not know what moderators are currently active.
