unlimited Ribboned Egg Bug?

When I throw eggs at my friend (30+ at once) and go down to 0 eggs and refresh (without them sending me any back), I have 14 again. No message that I got hit by them or someone else.

Then I throw those 14. My friend isn't recieving any more eggs.
I refresh. I have 14 again. So I can throw them again at them, but they don't get any more of them.

Is there like.. a sudden limit that I can only throw half of my eggs at my freind? o_O'
Yesterday I could bomb her down to 0 just fine. And it stayed 0.
