Anniversary(?) Gifts

At the bottom of my keep, it says I have two presents but when I click to open them, it says "that creature does not exist!"

Was it because I was gone for the whole thing or have other players had this problem too?

We crashed a short while ago, lost a whole bunch of stuff from at least somewhere in February. Most, if not all, of the critters from the anniversary event were lost.
