Hm. I don't mind blood, though I'm going to need to check with the other judges on this. I believe the MagiStream policy is to keep your stories to PG-13 level or below, though, so as long as there isn't a gratuitous amount of gore you're probably fine

You're allowed to use any characters you want, as long as you assume that the reader hasn't read the other stories they're in. And prompts 2 and 3 can be set anywhere you want. Sorry if that wasn't clear
