I've been on a Mac for the past couple of years, but I was only familiar with PCs for the like decade before that.

Rosehill stated that they have at least twice the creatures you do and have no loading trouble, it's possible your computer's age is causing it. I could see why you'd feel that a list would be wasted on only a few creatures but it appears as though there are actually more than a few which can not and never will be able to breed.
