The Mistborn trilogy and Warbreaker would be good choices (since you probably prefer female protagonists). Or if you want a shorter read to try out his style first, I recommend The Emperor...

So far I've gotten four familiars from the chests. Three bears and one Mimic. Lag is hitting, though. I'm probably going to sop for the day.

I have an open Wind nest, Piney. You can send me your pair whenever you like. I'll be on for a couple of hours still. I can always breed them tomorrow, if you don't care about the date.
