Re: Wildlife
It seems we always get a bird on that patio at about the same time every year. Last year it was a baby blue jay and the year before that it was another robin. Such clumsy little critters! Either that or the tree overshadowing our patio is just a very unsafe nesting choice. xD The tree is probably a...

Re: Pets
I second what Misty said. But do you mean a feral domestic cat? I've befriended, tamed, and raised a number of them into sweet pets. Some never completely tame down, and sometimes pass those very wild traits to their kittens. Or do you mean something exotic like servals, bobcats, cougars and tigers?...

Re: Pets
When I've needed to bottle raise babies, I've always just googled "Raising orphan ____". Look through a few sights and see what they all say the same. Big things to remember- keep them on their tummy while bottle feeding, not on their back like a human baby. At 5 weeks, they should be old ...

:: pokes the 'padding' on her chest :: Nope, not boney here! lol. I've got a friend who has a lot of ink coming to visit at the end of the month. I think I'll talk to her about it, and maybe have her hold my hand if I do get something done.

Re: Tattoos and Piercings
Doesn't inner wrist hurt though? At least, I've always been told that areas of thin skin right over bone and tendons and such hurts more than an area of thicker skin over muscle.

Re: Wildlife
Once again, awesome sightings, Fawnfur! On the skull, I think it's not a bird at all. The eye-orbits are way too small, and the ear holes quite large. Or... what if it's not a skull at all, but maybe a pelvis? Or the fused vertebrae of the back of a bird? Here's a heron skull https://boneclones.com/...

Re: Tattoos and Piercings
I have a question for everyone. My beloved fiance died suddenly on March 31st. I'm considering getting a commemorative tattoo. I know what it would be, but I'm wondering what a good location would be. I would like it to be unobtrusive, but *I* want to see it regularly. Where would you recommend? Or ...

Re: Coming out..
Are you currently attracted to someone in particular? Considering approaching them about possibly taking things to the next step? Would your family disapprove of that pairing? If not, then do you really need to 'come out' at this time? Or would you just be creating stress and drama needlessly? As an...

Re: Tattoos and Piercings
... She should report the shop to the appropriate authorities in the Caribbean. Could very well be. I don't know what all she did, other than seek medical treatment. This was also a few years ago (2011 or 12). The odd thing was that everyone in her family of 4 or 5 got the henna at the same place, ...
