my best was 795.11. But i *did* hatch a 666.57 one which imo is the best i hatched

My best was 891.52. I almost reach 900. 
Though, none of my birds every manage to go bellow 400, I just mostly had them all around 500 to 600.

never got any really hot ones (they were all in the 500-600 rangeish), my coldest was 298 but i saw at least 3 that were colder than that in the thread (there's probably even more), so alas probably didn't place. 
i don't love these random chance competitions as much as the other sorts tbh, it means i have a lot more adults of a creature than i usually want (like it's nbd, i can probably sell them off later, i just prefer to have extra hatchlings instead b/c they can be gifted later). tho they are a lot more easy going than the other types so i can see their merit there

I just found out that the orange kernals could have turned the eggs into QUAIL Amagnae....*crys* I missed my chance to get more of them. I had no idea, I thought it was the same thing as before and so I ignored them and only got some of the new phoenix ones. *sigh*
The worst part is that I saw the quail pictures on the news post and I thought that was strange since they weren't in the stream and I had not seen them mentioned (early in the thread) so again, I just missed them out of sheer ignorance. =/ Maybe next year
