Re: Stream tributaries discussion
It is great we get to have the extra streams.
Thoug I do wonder.
Will the creatures who only appear in the main stream get a slightly higher drop rate?

Re: Stream tributaries discussion
I've been using the tributaries to add to my collections. It helps relieve the pressure of having SO MANY eggs in the Stream and helps some eggs see the light of day when they may to have been seen but a few times in a week.
After having the tributaries for a short time, I'm liking them as much as I thought I would. I haven't had this many Pearl Wyrm eggs to raise at a single time in very long, lol. I'm loving this.

Re: Stream tributaries discussion
Okay, I can now understand why the Tetzcotal tributary shows a lot of the elephants, they're among "Very Common," but I have seen more of the "uncommon" creatures than I have Ruin Astridae when I stream clean. In fact, I have only seen two Ruin Astridae in this tributary in almost a week, and it is supposed to be "common." If it is "common," then shouldn't it be appearing more?

This is a complete wild guess on my part, but I'l willing to bet that there's some sort of "head butting" going on with the percents. Egg A has the exact same drop percent as Egg B so the system thinks either it's the same egg or it's dropping both of them when it's only dropping 1.

Re: Stream tributaries discussion
Possibly, I don't know how these things work. I don't know anything about coding. Still for the tributary to be full of the same eggs over and over again, several of them marked as "uncommon" in the beastiary is highly annoying.VilaWolf wrote:Ayakashi wrote:Okay, I can now understand why the Tetzcotal tributary shows a lot of the elephants, they're among "Very Common," but I have seen more of the "uncommon" creatures than I have Ruin Astridae when I stream clean. Edit: Oh hey! There was on at the 6pm refresh. Only the third one I've seen since the flood ended, and only the 2nd I actually caught. The 2nd one I saw, the page said I caught it, but it wasn't in my Keep when I went back to it.

Re: Stream tributaries discussion
This is a pretty brand new feature that was introduced just this year in July, so it hasn't been a part of our lives for very long. But it has been a GREAT FEATURE and I love it. I use it a lot to find things that I've been wanting to hunt for months and it has helped me immensely.Megatronus wrote:I literally just discovered what the tributaries were for and I'm like where has this been in all my time on here.
