I'm having anxiety, and my usual anxiety reduction/dealing with methods are not working. The increase in in-house stressors are basically making it to where I'm not having anywhere to get away from it. It is causing my sleep quality to drastically reduce again, which doesn't bode well for the anxiety reduction methods working soon...

I'm very sorry to hear this.. *hug* I have nothing to offer but my sympathy and a small amount of empathy. I hope you find relief.

Ack! This is the third night in a row where I've woken up at midnight and I'm unable to fall asleep until later, usually around sunrise. These bizarre dreams I keep having aren't helping me sleep either.

Guess I'll find something to preoccupy myself until I feel drowsy enough to fall back asleep.

It's gotten rather chilly for Texas, so I had to set a new, additional alarm to the other three so that I actually leave the comfort of my warm, soft bed and get to work

Rather tired It's all wet and chilly out here and of course, the second a droplet of water lands on the road, people somehow magically forget how to drive But I digress, at least the trees and bushes are looking somewhat pretty.

I just wanted to say thank you for this. C: I really appreciate the kind words, and I do hope that you are doing well. It was really touching to read this.

I was able to alleviate some of my anxiety today with a slight change of plans about my future endeavors as well, so hopefully it will help in the long run!

Found out my cat probably has cancer. I already lost my other one a few years ago. Don't know what I'll do without my baby.

We've been going through that exact situation with our dog. I am so sorry, and I am hoping against hope for good news for your cat

Ahh glad to see MS still going strong I've been on a hiatus for the last year or so and I just pop in around seasonal events to see what's new. My pile of gold is still here, but I don't even remember what creatures I own need to sort that out. Hope everyone's okay!
