Once Raven was clear of the cat, Aiden and Kieran both pounced on it, kicking it, stabbing it, and beating it with their sticks.
The bobcat swiped and yowled, jumped and lunged, but finally, it realized, it had lost.
It turned and high-tailed it down the river bank, disappearing into some bushes and out of sight.
Aiden and Kieran both ran after it, yelling and waving their sticks, but they stopped after a moment.
"Yeah! You better run you yella livered cockroach!" Aiden yelled, huffing and puffing from his exertion "A goose puts up a better fight than you!"
"And don't come back looking for trouble either!" Kieran added.
Turning, the two of them limped back toward Raven, having cuts and slashes on their legs, adding to their previous injuries gained by fighting each other earlier in the day.
"Hey. Are you all right?" Aiden asked as they approached Raven.
Kieran stopped and flopped onto the ground, looking at his torn and bloody pants, before looking at Raven.

"Yeah I'll be fine," Raven said in reply after having watching the twins run after the bobcat to make sure it wouldn't come back after it ran off.
She then shifted back into her human form complete with her outfit before faltering a bit to the side due to her injuries and the blood-loss that came with them. She felt like she was going to faint if she didn't get taken to the healer soon so that she could patch them up without letting them get infected.

Aiden quickly caught Raven by the arm and steadied her "Wow. You're really pale." he said, looking at his brother "Kieran, help me carry her."
Kieran quickly stood "If we make a cradle with our arms, we should be able to carry her." he showed Aiden what he meant, then the two of them locked hands and lifted Raven off her feet.
"Just rest your head on my shoulder. It will make it easier." Aiden remarked as they started to walk.

Raven nodded slightly in understanding when she heard what Aiden said about resting her head on his shoulder after the twins had created a cradle with their arms and they had lifted her off of her feet and did what he said to do. She then blacked out since she lost the fight to stay conscious. She thought that Aiden's shoulder made a nice pillow while she was unconscious and hoped that she wasn't too heavy for the twins.

"Quick. She's out cold." Aiden said.
He and Kieran picked up their pace, trying not to jostle her as they walked back toward the village.
"Someone! Help!" Kieran yelled once they were within hearing range of the village.
Some people stopped and looked their way, and then a man hurried toward them.
"She needs a healer!" Aiden said as the man took Raven from them.
"What happened?" the man asked.
"She was attacked by a bobcat." Kieran answered.
The man quickly turned and hurried toward the healer's house with the twins limping after him.
The healer heard the comotion and spotted the twins following behind the man holding Raven.
"You two again?!" she yelled, throwing her hands in the air "I might have known... bring her in here and lay her on the table." she opened the door to her house, then pointed a finger at the twins "You two sit outside."

((oh i know a temporary thing that i can do for Tami just for now until i officially play her as a character later on ; I was also thinking that Raven and the twins can be 12 right now))

Raven felt like she was being transferred to someone else since she was lifted away from Aiden's soft shoulder. She then heard the healer yelling but it didn't sound close. Instead, it sounded far away in her blacked out state. She then heard the door open and then like she was being set down on a hard surface like a table. She came to then and looked around in the healer's hut.
"Tamara!" Samantha called as she needed her daughter's assistance. "I need some help!" She then saw that Raven had come around and said to her with a smile, "Oh good you're awake." She gave her some herbs to help with the pain and then started to put a poultice on the injury on her right arm.

((Aha! Smooth move with Tami there...))

Aiden sighed as he sat down next to Kieran, leaning his back against the side of the healer's house "That could not have gotten much worse." he mumbled.
Kieran shrugged "Well, it actually could have. She could have been dead already."
Aiden nodded his head "Yeah. I guess so. I just hope she'll get better fast." he held back a shiver at the memory of her blacking out.
"I wonder how long that bobcat had been watching us?" Kieran pondered.
Aiden shrugged "I don't know, but from now on, anytime we go down to the river to play, we do patrol and scout things out first, just to be aware of any potential dangers before hand."
Kieran nodded "That's a good idea. I'm glad you thought of it."
Aiden chuckled slightly "Yeah, especially since you are usually the one that comes up with the good ideas." he then pressed his ear up to the side of the house to see if he could hear what was going on inside.

((thank you ; I'll just play her as an npc and Kieran can see her when she gives the all clear for them to come inside so that they can see to their wounds as well and that can be when he develops a crush on her and Raven can be friends with her...to be added to her talents she can have a slight healing ability too))

"Yes mom?" Tamara asked after she had arrived in the kitchen and after she had been called down by her mom.
"I need you to work on her sides as I finish up with her arm," Samantha answered as she continued to put poultice on the wound on the girl's arm.
Tami nodded and then started to put poultice on the girl's right side which from her vantage point would be to her left. After she put the poultice on, she applied her healing hands to the poultice covered wound before wiping the poultice off afterward. The poultice was just to help ease the pain somewhat. She then put poultice on Raven's left side and did the same with her healing hands to that side as well. Since her healing ability was only a slight one at this point, there would just be scars from where the bobcat gave her wounds and they won't be completely healed.

Aiden and Kieran both suddenly held their breath when their mother came around a corner and hurried up to them.
"Boys....What am I going to do with you?!" She demanded, kneeling down in front of them. She looked at their faces, then their arms, and then their legs, her brows furrowing with worry.
"What happened?" she asked.
"We were gathering frogs..." Aiden started.
"By the creek." Kieran added
"And there was a bobcat..."
"In a tree..."
"And it attacked Raven..." Aiden sighed
"So we attacked it." Kieran finished.
"And we won!" Aiden added "But Raven is really hurt."

"Sorry to interrupt but your friend's fine now," Tami said as she got to the door after having healed Raven's other wounds until they were just scars. "If you'd like, you can come in and see her while I heal your wounds as well."
Raven was now sitting in a chair in the waiting room area, looking at the scars that were once pretty serious injuries. She wondered how the healer's daughter did that and just figured that she had a healing ability. She had also talked to the girl a bit and they both decided that they could be good friends.
