Yes, it can. The only limits to the gender change potion are that it cannot change creatures that already have offspring and it cannot change Allies or Delrochs. ^_^

What about the Elephant Snails? They were supposed to be male only, too, right? Can they change gender now?

Elephant Snails come in both genders, they just aren't allowed to breed currently.

Well, use two males to turn them into males, of course. In the process of getting those, you'll hatch more females which will in turn require more males, thus giving you even more females and so you'll never again run out of things to do on MS. Unless you run out of money for donec fish, of course... :lol:
