Looks like you're off to a great start! You probably don't want to just hear "practice everyday/practice makes perfect," so instead I'll ask : Have you tried searching on deviantArt? There's a ton of tutorials of varying quality there. Like these two(1, 2) that helped me with the bottles I made for my koi.

Personally, I spent a lot of time in the past splicing together Pokémon sprites, and I like to think that working with so many of them gave me a feel for pixel art. Maybe studying some professional sprites could help you?

I actually used to do Pokemon edits (mostly recolors). asl ill try the DA search but the new search engine they have is junk

Join the Pokemon Infinite Fusion discord then, it's a fan game where people can upload custom images for their team members. The community is great, there's a channel where you can post your art and get constructive criticism, and that's the best way to grow as a pixel artist.
