I seriously need to mine gold like hell. So much shit is going on, I'm going days without even turning on my computer.

I really wish The Last of Us was available for Windows. It's exactly the kind of game I like (amazing story, survival, scavenging, sneaking, etc), and I would love to play it, but since I no longer own a PS higher than 2... -sighs-

Does anyone have suggestions for something similar that I could grab on Steam?

Way more horror - Dead Space
Fair bit more horror - Alan Wake
Honorable mention - Enslaved: Odyssey to the West

But this isn't a comprehensive list.

Didn't get into two of the three grad schools I applied to, but I'm glad I finally heard from them at least. I'm still waiting on the last and kind of doubt I got into that one either, but I didn't especially anticipate being accepted this year since they were all highly competitive PhD programs and my undergrad university didn't specialize in the field I want to go into.

Question for anyone who attended grad school: did you go in for a master's or a PhD, and if the latter, did you do a master's program first?
