The Foehn Sonus is a small, graceful and cunning creature. The have two sets of powerful wings that allow their sinuous bodies to soar from tree to tree, where they often use their back talons to grip a branch before launching off again. These creatures are carnivorous, as seen from their almost canine-like teeth when they open their muzzles to sing. They will often wrap live prey in their tails to carry off while still traveling with the flock. Their tails are two thin whip-like appendages covered in bushy hair that tends to block the sharp bites of their favored prey, rodents. Their bodies seem to be covered in hair, usually a sheen of silver or blue-grey, while the wings of the creatures are usually darker. The manes of hair along their necks or tails tends to be a dark grey color, though some range along a darker blue.

The Foehn Sonus is an uncommon creature that lives high up along the mountain ranges. They only come down to the forests below during certain seasons, particularly Autumn, where currents of warm air follow their flights. They reside in large flocks, though most people, Magi included, will only see the scout that is sent ahead to determine if an area is dangerous or not. All of these creatures are born with the ability to mimic the sounds of others cries, usually to confuse any would-be predator from being able to hunt them. Foehn Sonus will sing back and forth to each other in their flock, and those who hear it usually recall it as a mournful cry echoing throughout forests or mountaintops.

I have links to two images, one more of a frontal view (done through digital art) and another from the side (pencil). They are both just outlines of the creature.

These are really cool designs! I like how you drew the wings. Good luck!
