I love dragons and any type of fantasy horse (Kelpie, Unicorn, Pegasus, etc.)
Not really a 'favorite' mythical animal but I do like the more obscure ones that you don't really hear about too often, like the Nian, Alicanto, Mari Lwyd, etc)

Cockatrice is probably one of my favorites- or the questing beast!! im vv fond of chimera-esque creatures that are just hodgepodges of various animals ":]
[Also serpent related creatures are usually p sick as well]

Dragons, easy. Anything dragonlike. Western/eastern dragons, wyverns, all of em. Dragon versions of other creatures, like a dragon-horse or a dragon-cat.
In Ark: Survival Evolved, my favorite mount is probably the lightning wyvern <3
