You can only participate with one Amagnae. This means you need to aim either for the biggest brightness value or the lowest value. You cannot participate in both categories.

From news post:

You are allowed to participate in both, and you can win prizes in both!

Well the old person wasn't confused but am now sorta...would be hard to compete in both with only 1 turkey since they have different objectives?

looking at the one entry in the amagnae competition thread, it looks like they only have the one stat (i assume it's random whether they get value/brightness as their stat) so that's probably why you can't compete in both categories, since you're only allowed one bird entry.

(the cooking competition is an entirely separate thing- the main post means you can compete in both the creature comp & the cooking comp)

From what I'm seeing, you can participate in both contests, the Amagnae and the cooking. You can only go for one category in the Amagnae contest, brightest or lowest value to the new Amagnae's exclusive stat.

I have a question about the Feather Brightness contest.

Are we allowed to place our Amagnae (the one we post in the contest thread) in a hidden tab so others can't see the Brightness level? I assume it would need to be removed from a hidden tab before the contest ends, of course, so it can be "judged".

Just wondering if we're allowed to be sneaky, or if said sneakiness is a no-no for the contest. Thanks!

Plectra Amagnae - These birds are very beautiful!
At first I was embarrassed when I saw other birds that were caught with the help of corn, and began to look for how to do it.

Hmm... My brain is wonking out. Wasn't there an amagnae quest somewhere? And if so, is it available this year?

There is no amagnae quest this year. This year's Amagnaes are in the stream

You can also find the three oldest Amagnaes in the stream: Silver, Brown, Olive. Last year's quest gave us some corn, if you have any of those corn left, you can use the corn on the old Amagnae EGGS to turn them into 4 of the other Amagnae types.
Purple corn: Otrovian, or Domestic, or Ocellata.
Orange corn: Dulcine.

Harvest festivity is not celebrated in our country, but it is very interesting to watch the holiday from the side.
