You put down whatever you lost that you want back. (qty of creature/gender/growth stage/frozen or not/creature type/date if you remember, if you don't put in a date it will be 12/31/2069)
No matter what gen. it was, it will come back parentless. The admins. know that they will be replacing some bred creatures with parentless ones. As long as you actually had the creature, it will be replaced. Hope that helps.

This was a glitch that was fixed within two days. Anything with out a date listed now will come as the date the form is processed.

What is the form ID #? Did you get anything else from the form back? I'm suspecting yours simply hasn't been processed yet. I currently have Form #3817, and am still waiting.

Hawke's IRL fiance, Lunaroki, suffered a massive stroke and died on Tuesday, March 31st, 2015.

Hawke needs to concentrate on other things, and is leaving MS permanently.

Actually it comes at the date the form was entered, but that doesn't make much of a difference.

Oh, and we're around #3700, which is less then we could be at, but I'm not going to apologize for real life taking priority over filling requests.
