Fucking tweaked my neck last night. Luckily it is just my neck this time and not my arm and neck, but damn does it hurt. Also can't turn my head to the left. I really need to get my neck fixed.

I thought for the longest time my back pain was from the way I sleep (on my stomach, limbs at random angles, torso twisted, people have commented on how it's no wonder I wake up with pain), however, it actually turns out it was a string of bad mattresses. I ended up figuring this out when I recently got rid of my bed before my new one came and had to spend some time sleeping on the floor (I just used a sheepskin rug on hard flooring as a bed). I was waking up with no pain and realised that if I can sleep on practically nothing as cushioning, it must have been the mattresses.

I guess it could never hurt to see if your case is the same.

Thanks to all who have voted for him - you can vote once a day. And no he's not my dog - just really like his "posts" on Twitter. If he wins they are going to donate the winnings to an organization that gives Narcan (drug overdose medication) kits to K9 police dogs. Have seen in the past few days there have been drug dogs that luckily had a kit when they needed it thank god. It's sad times we live in nowadays.
